The winner of this week’s Uncle Harry’s Cartoon Face Contest are the members of the musical group Bright Light Parade.
The group was in Virginia Beach, Virginia performing at Essential Church. After their performance, they headed down to the Virginia Beach boardwalk and donned their Uncle Harry Cartoon Faces for this great group shot.
