You can celebrate National Ice Cream Month while staying in shape thanks to the Lancaster Bicycle Club of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Throughout July, the bike club has offered an Ice Cream Ride every Wednesday. Three down, one to go.
Three College of William and Mary students are biking across America for ChildSavers of Richmond, Virginia.
On the subject of biking, I met three William and Mary students who are peddling for a good cause. Rawles Wilcox, Mark Walkley, and Adam Reel are biking across America to benefit ChildSavers. The organization helps children through traumatic life experiences. Rawles, Mark and Adam started in Astoria, Washington and have already made it to Chanute, Kansas.
